What I do.

From strategy and analysis through engineering, reporting, and automation. Whatever stage your data is at, this is where it gets handled.

Strategy & Analysis

Data Strategy

Most organizations have more data than direction. Before any tooling or automation gets built, the underlying question needs an answer: what should actually be tracked, where it should live, and what decisions it is meant to support. Data strategy engagements start there, turning scattered reporting and ad hoc spreadsheets into a clear roadmap.

Data Analysis

Not every question needs a permanent dashboard. Sometimes it needs someone to dig in, run the numbers, and come back with an answer. This is the analytical work behind the tooling: finding the trend, testing the hypothesis, explaining the root cause.

Engineering & Operations

Data Engineering

Every dashboard and automated report depends on a foundation most people never see: clean schemas, well-designed pipelines, and data that lands where it is supposed to, in the shape it is supposed to be in. Data engineering work builds and maintains that foundation.

Data Operations

Reports that depend on someone remembering to run them eventually stop running. Data operations replaces manual report compilation with pipelines that deliver the right data to the right stakeholder, on the right schedule, automatically.

Reporting & Visualization

BI Development

The technical build is half the job. The other half is craft: color theory, visual hierarchy, and the principles of data storytelling that turn a chart into something a decision-maker can actually interpret and act on. Knowing what should draw the eye immediately and what should remain available on demand is as much a part of the discipline as the underlying data model. Most skilled in Tableau, Certified Data Analyst with deep experience across Server, Cloud, and Desktop, though not limited to it. Equally comfortable advising on or building within other BI platforms.

Custom HTML Report Development

Not every reporting need fits inside a BI platform. When a client needs something fully custom, white-labeled, or free of per-seat licensing, the answer is a purpose-built report or dashboard developed directly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Automation

LLM Workflows

AI-powered automation that handles the repetitive work humans should not have to: triage, routing, classification, and document processing. Built to fit into existing systems rather than replace them.
